Swimming Pool Booking

The outdoor swimming pool on Level 8 is now re-opened for your enjoyment from 8am to 8pm daily. 
Please pardon our enhancement work is still in progress at our Wellness Centre. 

• Guest can only reserve one session per room per day and each room is entitled to reserve two seats only. 
• Child below 12 years old to share seat with adult. 
• Reserved seat will only be held for 15-minutes. Guest needs to contact the Pool if they cannot come on time. Otherwise, seat will be released to waitlist guest. 
• No more than one session booking per day is allowed. 
• Each time slot is fixed and limited to a 90-minutes session only. 
• Each booking has confirmed seat but does not guarantee an umbrella. 
• No reservation is allowed after check out. 
• The pool will be closed during heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms and lightning. 
• All children not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper. 
• Lockers are not provided in the swimming pool area. 
• All guests and members using the pool do so at their own risk. The hotel shall not be liable under any circumstances for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, death, losses or damages sustained by the guest or member using the pool or in the vicinity of the pool area. 
• In case of any dispute, Island Shangri-La reserves the right of final decision.
